The ChVmpionMind team is made up of professionals with vast experience in elite sports, executive coaching, neuroscience, consulting, and technology. It includes top-level certified coaches, C-level executives from major American and European companies, and former consultants from the Big Five international firms. All are united by one core belief: technology only makes sense when it enhances human knowledge, experience, and purpose.
With more than 50 years of combined experience in coaching, 30 in neuroscience, and 25 in technological development, this team is pioneering a new way of managing change and developing talent. Their approach supports individuals and organizations in achieving their full potential.
ChVmpionMind was born from the need to transform human development, coaching, and training into a structured, measurable, sustainable process rooted in real practice. The idea emerged in 2014 after a program with Intel LATAM, where it became clear that learning without practice or follow-up does not produce behavior change or new competencies.
Between 2016 and 2017, the method was validated in Spain with ABB. Although the company was founded in 2020—right before the pandemic—the project has continued to evolve. In October 2025, the app will be relaunched with 100% AI integration for iOS/Android, validating the methodology in more than 10 countries with consultants, companies, and individual users.
