To start, you must complete your profile, answer questionnaires, and design your goals using our application. Once you’re ready, you can start the program and work towards your achievements.

To successfully complete the program, you will need to:

 

  • Perform physical exercise for a minimum of 3-4 days a week.
  • Practice mindfulness for a few minutes every day for 5-6 days a week.
  • Complete the mandatory weekly article or video, take action associated with your goals, and show progress every week.
  • Design and work towards achieving your goal using the tools provided in our application.
  • Invite 3-5 or more people who know you and will support you in achieving your goals. They will only need to invest 5 minutes a week, or 15 minutes once a month.
  • Please note that failing to execute everything that is proposed to you may result in being blocked from the application and losing incentives, as well as suffering disincentives that have been agreed upon with your company (and which you will know before you start).

The entire program lasts for 21 weeks, but you will have 2 weeks to complete your profile, answer questionnaires, and design your goals before starting the program. Once you begin, the 21-week countdown will begin, during which you will work towards achieving your goals and accumulating achievements.

You cannot try ChVmpionmind for free, but if you maintain an overall average score of 60% or higher during the first 4 weeks and decide to cancel before completing week 4, you will be refunded. However, if you are blocked by the app for performing below 50% for two weeks in a row or three discontinued weeks, you will not be eligible for a refund.

You can use your own wearables for sports, but for meditation, you should use ChVmpionMind’s own app.
